Distant Fellowship: Morris and South Asia In Conversation
“As we celebrate South Asian Heritage Month, join Priya Sundram, Shahed Saleem, Rathna Ramanathan and Vasundhara Sellamuthu in conversation with William Morris Gallery curator Roisin Inglesby as they discuss the ‘Distant Fellowship: Morris and South Asia’ exhibition currently on display at the Gallery.
Comprising new work created by Studio Carrom, an alternative guide to the Gallery, and contemporary interventions amongst the permanent collection by Saleem, Ramanathan and Sellamuthu, the project explores and problematises Morris’s relationship with South Asia, reinterpreting the historic collection in new ways.”
